Trackers are the one wrist category where a listing will happily print a week or more. That figure comes from a device with a small screen or no screen at all, which is why it survives long enough to be printed. What is much less consistent is whether the same listing says anything about a membership.

Does a stated runtime in days mean I charge it every week?

It means the manufacturer measured something under conditions they chose and printed the result. The listing usually does not describe those conditions. Treat a stated figure as a ceiling set by the maker, not as a schedule.
